  • Bi-weekly virtual check-ins to discuss results, concerns, and general questions

  • One 1-on-1 virtual coaching call a month (30 min) with me (Leslie)

  • Accountability coaching to help you stay focused and on-track

  • UNLIMITED access to me for questions through our in-app messaging system
